Desmond's First Christmas!

Desmond's first Christmas was pretty low-key, mostly because his parents are still too tired to do much to make it very exciting.

Also, Santa had a very small window of opportunity to visit on Christmas Eve - as we all know, he can only visit when good little boys and girls are asleep, which Desmond decidedly (mostly) was NOT.  Thankfully, he made it in and out before Desmond woke up and discovered him.

In the end, Desmond did have a lot of presents under the tree:

Big brother Dexter had to help open Desmond's presents:

But Desmond got to help Dad open his!

Later that afternoon, we all went to visit Grandma and Granddad, where Desmond got even more goodies!

After that, we all finally got to come home and relax.  All in all, a pretty good first Christmas for Desmond.
